Repairs Procedure
In order to facilitate the fastest processing of repaired and calibrated KT1000 and KT2000 instruments we have instituted a flat rate fee for these services. A check for the full amount of the repaired/calibrated instrument must accompany the instrument when it is shipped to MEDmetric. In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair your device the check will be returned to you along with your instrument.
The flat rate fee includes return shipping costs for domestic customers. International customers will need to arrange and pay for shipping both inbound and outbound including any duties or brokerage fees. Your UPS account number can be charged if available or provide a call tag.
Please note the below prices do not include work done on instruments with unauthorized attempted repair.

MEDmetric no longer supports the repair of X-Y Plotters. The NGI plotter is obsolete and should be replaced with the still available Allen Datagraph plotter, or upgraded to the CompuKT computer based data collection system. Allen Datagraph will support the X-Y plotter supplied by them. Please contact Allen Datagraph directly.

The knee
Ligament Arthrometer® measure the relative motion between a patellar
sensor pad and a tibial sensor pad. The Arthrometer® is secured
to a patients lower leg. When the force handle is pushed, the tibia displaces
anteriorly and the KT indicates posterior displacement. When the
handle is released following a push-pull sequence, the tibia will return
to the testing reference position.
